2015 USDDN World ChampionshipsCompetitor Welcome Letter

Thank you and congratulations again for earning a spot at the 2015 USDDN World Championships.  I want to share the following Key Information:

1. Player Profile

a. Attached to this email is a word document – please complete this form and return it to me by September 21, 2015.

2. Registration

a. Registration is now open at Woofsports.com

b. Registration fees – You can pay online (follow instructions on woofsports.com). If you choose not to pre-pay your registration there will be a $5 per dog fee at registration/check in as of Friday night.

c. Qualified Division fees are as follows:

i. World Finals Super-Open Freestyle $30

ii. World Finals Super-Pro T&F $20

d. Only Players that are NOT playing in Super Open Freestyle may register to compete in division 2 Freestyle.

i. Division II Freestyle $20

e. All Players may register to compete their qualified & non-qualified dogs in Pro Toss & Fetch on Saturday.

i. Pro TF $10

3. We will again be having our Banquet Saturday Night at the pavilion in Dellinger Park, from 7 pm to 11:30 PM

a. Everyone enjoyed the banquet from Johnny Mitchell’s Smokehouse so they will be catering again. Each Qualified person will receive 2 free beer coupons compliments of Anheuser-Busch.

b. Fee:  $25 per person.

4. Hotel: The Holiday Inn has changed ownership and is now the Clarion Hotel.  We have arranged for a block of rooms.  Please call and make your reservations!!! NOTE – THE BLOCK & RATE IS ONLY GOOD THROUGH SEPTEMBER 22ND!!!

a. Rates:

i. King-$70 + tax

ii. Double $75 + tax

iii. Tax is 13%

iv. There is a one-time $25.00 pet fee but no limit on number of dogs.

5. For those that have not attended USDDN Worlds before the order of events is: (note this is subject to change)

a. Players Meeting / Registration/Check in – Friday Night.

b. Saturday:i. Division 2 Freestyle & T&F – Main field

ii. Super Open Freestyle – Round 1 & 2 – Main field

iii. Pro/Novice/Jr. toss & Fetch – Second Field

c. Sunday:

i. Super Pro Toss & Fetch – Round 1 – Second Field

ii. Super Pro Toss & Fetch – Round 2 – Main Field

iii. Super Open freestyle – Round 3 – Main Field
